Hollywood agency, TV writers settle age bias suit

Reuters - The Hollywood talent agency
International Creative Management agreed on Tuesday to pay $4.5
million to settle an age-discrimination suit brought by TV
writers, the first of 23 such class-action cases to be
resolved.

Mediaweek.com - As rumored, Academy Award nominated actor Lawrence Fishburne (What's Love Got to Do With It) will join the cast of CBS' veteran CSI as a former pathologist who is now working as a college lecturer, teaching a course in criminal behavior. In the middle of a murder investigation, he comes across the CSI team and ultimately joins the Las Vegas Crime Lab as a Level-1 CSI. Fishburne's character is introduced in the ninth episode.

radio personality Chris "Mad Dog" Russo to headline a sports
